Hello, I’m Tommy Francetic, and I am excited to offer my expertise as a Red Seal Certified Carpenter in the beautiful city of Victoria, BC. With 18 years of experience in the construction industry, I’ve built a strong foundation in both the craft and management of construction projects.

I began my journey in 2008 as a carpenter’s helper, quickly rising through the ranks to a superintendent where I managed labor, oversaw projects, and ensured budgets stayed on track. My hard work and dedication were recognized when I was awarded the Golden Hammer Award, voted by my peers for my excellence in leadership and contribution to the industry.

One of my proudest accomplishments was building my first home at the age of 23, with no help from family—just sheer determination, skill, and a passion for the trade. This experience taught me invaluable lessons in attention to detail, problem-solving, and the importance of high-quality craftsmanship.
